Ordering repeat prescriptions

The easiest ways to order repeat prescriptions are:

• using your NHS account
• using your airmid account

These accounts show you all your repeat medicine and dosage and you can choose the ones you need.

You can also:

• In person – return the repeat order slip from a previous prescription with the required items clearly marked (we have a drop box outside the surgery which is accessible 24/7)
• By post – return the repeat order slip from a previous prescription with the required items clearly marked.
• Systmone Online – using a phone or tablet
• Jotform – email Tollerton dispensary using this form

Collecting your prescription

Provided you have given consent to send text messages, you will receive a text message advising your prescription is ready to collect once complete.

You can usually collect your prescription medication at the dispensary, after 5 working days (This excludes weekends and bank holidays).
